We consider applications for equipment from families and schools such as seats, standing frames, tricycles, powered mobility, computers and respite breaks for disabled children.

An application is favourably considered if supported by a professional, e.g. a physiotherapist or doctor.

If you wish to apply for a grant or donation towards the cost of a service, medical treatment or equipment please send details in writing toThe Chairman

We do not have a formal application form but your request should include the following:-

  • Some details of your child’s disability and the benefits from the treatment or equipment applied for.
  • A note from the Doctor or medical advisor in support.
  • If the request is for equipment a written quote from the suppliers and should exclude VAT.
  • Any further information that you may feel would be helpful to the Charity in considering your request.

While we consider all requests for help to benefit those suffering from Cerebral Palsy we are a small Charity and cannot support all.
